Powerful vacuum cleaner, but delivery can do better. By express delivery, the parcel was supposed to arrive 17.11, but in fact it 24.12 with nerves. Nightmare

The parcel was sent instantly and after 3 days it was already in the warehouse of Kirov's Warehouse (Kaluga region) In Kirov, the parcel fell in the warehouse for 9 days. I liked the vacuum cleaner very much: thoughtful design and technical solution. The weak link is the battery. It is enough for me for 12 minutes of operation in automatic mode with practically no load. Perhaps it is not a new or defective battery. There are no complaints about the seller. I received answers and advice to letters, but this does not affect the performance of the vacuum cleaner. The Russian system works disgustingly.
